I am a Certified Personal Trainer with a genuine passion for fitness and wellness. I’ve been training others for about 7 years, and fitness has been apart of my life for the past 12 years now. I became hooked on the “high” I’d feel when pushing myself in the gym, and fell in love with the results that followed.
I feel that working on my physical fitness really gave me an overall appreciation for wellbeing and health- including mental, spiritual, and psychological fitness as well. Incorporating fitness into my lifestyle has taught me how to be disciplined, organized, patient, hard-working, and conscious about how I treat my body.
